How do I access my unit?
With the Prospace app or your personal QR code: show your phone to the reader and the door opens. 24/7 access, no physical keys or badges. A demo video will be available here at opening.
Are my belongings safe?
Yes: permanent CCTV, individual unit alarms, fire detection, individually tracked entries (we know who enters and when). Security is Prospace's DNA.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Rental is month-to-month with no commitment: stay one month or three years, and cancel online from your customer area (15 days' notice).
How does payment work?
The first month is paid online at booking, then rent is automatically debited each month. Business customers receive VAT invoices.
Can I change unit size?
Yes, at any time subject to availability: move to a bigger or smaller unit and your rent adjusts — free of charge.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, the contents of your unit must be insured. Take the insurance offered at booking (based on declared value) or provide a certificate from your own insurer.
Which items are prohibited?
Prohibited: flammable, explosive or hazardous materials, perishable goods, animals, plants, and any illegal goods. Full details are in the house rules provided at signature.
How do I organise my unit efficiently?
Dismantle furniture, store items vertically, keep a central aisle, put what you'll need most often at the front, and label your boxes. Video guides coming soon on this page and the blog.
Can I receive deliveries?
Yes, for business customers: our team accepts your deliveries during reception hours and places them in a secure area.
Is coworking accessible at night?
Private offices are accessible 24/7 via the app. The shared coworking space is open 7am–10pm, 7 days a week.
When do the centres open?
Argenteuil and Aulnay-sous-Bois are scheduled to open in spring 2027. Book now to get the launch offer (50% off the first month).
